Advanced Data Solutions believes in being fair to our customers.  To that end, we provide our products as a free download.  The download are fully functional but with a limit of 20 members.

If you are not satisfied with any of our software we will refund your order if requested within the 30 days of your purchase.  These refunds must be submitted to the vendor who processed your order.  We reserve the right to issue refunds requested more than 30 days after the purchase date subject to the following:

1.  All shipping, handling and delivery charges are non-refundable.
2.  The fees charged to us by our vendors for processing the credit card sales (ranges from 10 - 30%) are non-refundable.
3.  The user manual and CD must be returned before a refund will be issued.  No refunds will be issued which cover the user manual or CD if the user manual and CD are returned in an unusable condition. 
4.  Refunds will not be issued for orders made for more than 60 days after your initial purchase date.

Once a refund has been issued, you must immediately uninstall the software from all computers and destroy and stop using the software and all registration codes.  We reserve the right to disable refunded registration keys and take other steps to prevent unauthorized use of the software.
