Check your <strong>Document <\/strong>tab at the right of your page. The Excerpt box is just after the Featured Image section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regarding the Theme you are using on your site, Excerpts can be displayed on different pages (search results, archives, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If Excerpt is empty, WordPress automatically creates an excerpt using the first 55 words of the post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to display Excerpts on the Posts page<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to <strong>Settings &gt; Reading<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scroll to <strong>For each article in a feed, show<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Summary<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Note: This page uses Block Editor.
