Remember that tables are best used for tabulated data rather than page design. The blue separator line indicates where the block will be placed. The \u201cDefault\u201d style has a plain background and borders around the cells. The \u201cStripes\u201d style has alternating row background colors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The final appearance of the table may vary depending on your theme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Settings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The settings section provides three possible options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/documentation\/files\/2023\/03\/settings-1.png\" alt=\"Table block settings options\" class=\"wp-image-16355834\" style=\"width:395px;height:234px\" width=\"395\" height=\"234\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/documentation\/files\/2023\/03\/settings-1.png 526w, https:\/\/wordpress.org\/documentation\/files\/2023\/03\/settings-1-300x178.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 395px) 100vw, 395px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fixed width table cells<\/strong> \u2013 means rather than adapting the column widths to the content of the table, all columns will be equal width.
