Every year, the event shares reflections on the project\u2019s progress and aspirations for the future of open source.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the first time, State of the Word will take place outside North America\u2013this time with the Spanish community in <strong>Madrid, Spain<\/strong>.
