They just don’t care

This company just doesn’t care about their integrations. If you do use Zoho, expect to use third party integrations for just about everything. This one is essentially broken. Just some examples and the reviews: Form plugin for WordPress – Zoho Forms – 2.5/5Zoho CRM Lead Magnet – 3/5 Zoho Subscriptions – Embed Payment Form – 2/5 and basically abandoned I’m basically stuck using another email marketing platform because their “Suite” is just a bunch of parts poorly integrated with each other even in the backend.

After installing and connecting the store, it just made an initial sync. After it, it has not synced data again no matter if I force it.

The Zoho Campaigns plugin provides us great integration with our woocommerce store and Zoho Campaigns…allowing us to do intricate email marketing to customer based upon products they ordered.
