This plugin creates an lightbox area over Youtube and Vimeo video embeds. You can insert all kinds of html content including banner ads, texts, polls, and add any kind of html and javascript code you like. You can also use shortcodes inside it.

Installation
Upload the plugin
Go to your admin page Settings > Video Overlay Ads Settings
Here you can copy and paste any html code that you will display inside the overlay. Also You can select an option to remove the dismiss button, but make sure that you include an html element that has class=\”video-overlay-dismiss-btn\” when clicking this html element the overlay will be removed.
That\’s it. Your videos will be overlaid with the code snipped you just added.
