PLugin defies all attemps at importing

    I have 1000 faqs. I dont want to enter the all. So I am using a post importer.

    Except… it doesn’t work. It works for every other type of post, but get this.

    It imports the FAQs
    It imports the FAQ Group.
    When I go to the FAQs, I can see what Group, the FAQ is in.
    When I go to the Group – the Faqs dont show, so I cant add them to the correct pages.

    So annoying.

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    Helpie FAQ does not have options for importing FAQ Groups. But we could add it Helpie FAQ.
    Can you give us more details for what you are trying to do?
    From where did you get the 1000 FAQs? Are you trying to import them as CSV files?
