Worked fine, then had a bank holiday with no sales.
Problem doesn’t work as the payment gateway randomly doubts the input fields so hides them.

I found this plugin simple and easy to use, the author has done a great job of making what would ordinarily had been an headache, simple. Integrated nicely with my WorldPay merchant ID. Thanks for the new update!
