I purchased the premium version of the plugin because I wanted support. In fact, I inadvertently purchased it twice. However, when I sent a request for support via email, I got no response. The basic version of this plugin works well, but the premium version is bloatware that significantly slowed down my site. This is because it loads many unnecessary Javascript, CSS and font files. Easy to set up and does exactly what I wanted it to do. It looks great, too.

This is one of the better designed contact bars and is a powerful tool for your Web site. With the color customization options, you can make it complement with other elements of your Web site. It has a strong call to action presence. One improvement would be adding a SMS button option for click to text a phone number. It use to be hard finding this feature in call bars but many are starting to add it. I’m now using this bar with a SMS button floating above it off to the side.

Works perfect! Easy to configure, nice design. Works for wp multi installation (sites like subfolders). WP 4.7.2 THX for this plugin!
