Thanks for the reactivity of the support team. My issue ended up not being because of this plugin, but about my browsing cache. Please keep up the good work !

Am not IT savvy so setting up my site/store was QUITE a challenge!! When something goes wrong or doesn’t work I go to default and panic, especially when updated versions change things a bit. My issue was quickly resolved thanks to great customer service from Ni WooForce! The Canada Post basic plugin is excellent …… which is why I was upset when it didn’t work; but no longer!! Thanks again for everything! Jack

The free plugin is 101% useless as it does not put multiple items together as a single package. So the rate quote is immense if anymore than one item is ordered. I would have ended up buying the paid plugin eventually. But after spending all the time to set it up and then trying and figure out why the rates are so out of whack with reality I will give someone else my money instead.

After installing this plugin, I had some issues getting it to connect to the Canada Post API, but after contacting support via email an update to the plugin was released that corrected my issues! Great work WooForce!

well ! it didn’t work ! I tried couple things ! first I got error 131, and once I added dimensions and weight ! It gave me error 141 or 144 ! don’t remember exactly ! and it ruined my shop page as well ! sorry ! had to remove it !
