First off, the plugin does not work with the Classic version of VR, FYI. For accounts with the most recent version of VR, the functionality works, but it is near impossible to customize the look and layout. It uses inline styles marked as !important, making them impossible to override with your own styles.

Unfortunately, the Plugin will not connect to my VR account, despite correct credentials being used. This appears to be a common problem as reported on the forum. Unfortunately, nobody is responding to the forum posts. Will happily review my rating if someone responds and I can actually use the plugin. Until then it has to be 1* (only because 0* is not available!).

I am very amazed with the user friendly interface provided by VR plugin. It took me very little to no time to roll out my first popup and the overall integration with my VR account was super easy and seamless. Looking forward to generate more leads for business growth, loving it!!
