I just installed and activated this plugin but I’m unable to see the settings to configure this plugin. It is not visible under CONTACT.

Plugin not needed. I’m on Verizon in the US, and all you need to do to send a text with the contact form is in the ‘Additional Header’ option, add this: Cc: [email protected] Just replace the 1231231234 with your 10 digit phone number. Then you’ll receive a text when the form is submitted.
