Disappointing. I paid for the plugin, but couldn‘t get it running. Contacted the support twice, but did never receive an answer. Incredible, isn‘t it? But true … so I think no one should buy this product. What a shame. I’ve never had a similar experience with other software.

I am experiencing an issue with my website where the menu works fine on desktop but disappears on mobile devices. I am using the Flatsome theme and have added it as a shortcode in the HTML of my header. However, when I open the site on a mobile device, the menu disappears.

I applied for help, from the plugin dashboard.

Nobody is helping after me after paying the manual support fee advertised in the Control Panel of the plugin/ It said $35 – but when you click on the link they charge you $40 and 8 hours later I have not heard a word from them. Shocking!!

Definitely the best plugin I’ve used, watched the video and understood how to do it. I was pleased that there are many options for flexible customization of the hamburger menu, you can make fullscreen overlay navigation. That’s what I need!
