Why should I move and share my media library from the cloud?

Images, videos, and audio files are the biggest performance drain on a website. Hosting your media files alongside your site code both slows performance and quickly creates overages for your more expensive web hosting storage. Will this let me upload large files like videos to WordPress?

Our video hosting feature let’s you upload directly to the cloud from the WordPress dashboard, bypassing all host limits. For other media types, you can use our free plugin Big File Uploads to bypass server limitations.

Is the Infinite Uploads plugin free?

Yes the Infinite Uploads plugin is free but it does require an Infinite Uploads account to be useful in storing and serving your files from the cloud. It can be used on an unlimited number of sites without per-site or per file licensing costs like competitors.

Will the Infinite Uploads plugin work without connecting to Cloud Storage?

Why can’t I just use AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage, Azure, etc?

There are plugins for that, but they all have expensive per-site or per-file annual license fees. And then you have to figure out how to signup for and configure complicated cloud providers and CDNs.
Finally, while the per/GB prices of cloud storage may seem cheap, there are all the hidden costs you don’t realize like class A/B/C/D API transaction costs, and bandwidth x3 (to cloud > to cdn > to user). Bandwidth costs alone can often total 8x more than your storage bill!

I installed this plugin after running out of disk space on my server. I installed Infinite Uploads, and offloaded the media on the sites on my server over to Infinite Uploads, and saved me from having to spend $60 to upgrade to the next tier with my host!

Restrict uploads/sync to .mp3 files only?

I need to specify that only .mp3 files get uploaded. I have several .jpg and .png files, for example, that affect the graphics on my website, that I do NOT want to upload. Is there a way to do this? Please advise Thanks..

I downloaded Infinite Uploads and started using it in the free trial period. Then I paid and was continuing to use it. Shortly after I bought the first year, it started breaking my WP site built with Elementor. So I contacted support. After 2 days I finally got a reply telling me to check the caching in Elementor. After that I replied with info and waited two more days with no response from support. So then I reached out again, but support seems to be nowhere to be found. I would not recommend paying for this plugin with the support I have not received when a problem developed.

This plugin does exactly what it promises for images, files, and video. It outperformed other cloud-based plugins we tested against. It’s very simple to set up. It’s been easy to manage on multiple sites within our growing agency. And, most important to us, the support we’ve received has been over the top – working very quickly and going deep to help us when we needed it. Truly excellent all around. Our thanks Infinite Uploads team for everything you’ve enabled for us so far.

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR WEBSITES ALREADY RUNNING, THE WORST SERVICE

Let’s start with the fact that we haven’t received a HELLO since our first email and this is very rude from the first message. Since we installed the site it was damaged, then it was solved next day, we have 4 domains in which we were interested in the service but what happened was that the whole system became mega slow. After several emails to solve the problem we lasted a day and a half without our users could not log in or even lose customers because no one could buy anything because the system did not detect any cloud to save the information. They tried to help but in one message they were almost uninterested in finding a solution to keep us as customers. We expected solutions but after delays with a problem that should be solved from a LIVE CHAT for accounts starting or premium resulted in that they could not help or solve the problem. Negative points for poor service in resolving these serious problems and also for the lack of education. Definitely not recommended for sites with customer as there are too many errors that they are not prepared to solve…, Luckily all this happened in the 7 days trial so if you want to try it take advantage of the 7 days.

This is the plugin that every wp user must have!!

Hello there, Thank you soo much infinite uploads this is the best Plugin ( OF ALL TIME) So yesterday I gotta quota warning from my hosting saying that it is exceeding the limit i found infinit and soon discovered that i can offload media to my account so I did it installed the plugin and synced it with infinit account and within few minutes it solved my biggest problem Thankx Again
