I’ve already tested a lot of other software, but this one has the best balance between Price/Quality. However, they need to improve the iOS app. A lot of times I’m not on a desktop/laptop computer, and the iOS app has a lot of missing features and doesn’t have a cool Look and Feel. But, for me, Liveagent is the best Helpdesk software at this moment.

The customer service is amazing, the interface is extremely easy to use, there are many metrics that are measured for your team, you can utilize tickets, emails, calls, social media, and more. This has made my job as a manager much easier as I can keep track of the customer interactions and review with my team. Would recommend to anyone looking. Very affordable as well.
