Login using WordPress Users ( WP as SAML IDP ) provides SAML functionality for WordPress SSO Login with WP Users into a SAML / WS-FED / JWT compliant Service Provider.

WordPress SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) IDP Plugin allows your WordPress users to log into other SAML, WS-Fed, or JWT applications using their WordPress credentials. The plugin makes your WordPress site act as the Identity Provider and allows your user to Log in with WordPress credentials, making it more secure by establishing a trust with other Service Provider (SP). applications.

This WordPress SAML IDP SSO solution provides SAML SSO capability to your WordPress site, converting it to a SAML compliant Identity Provider which can be configured with any SAML compliant Service Provider.

Login With WordPress allows users residing in your WordPress site to login to your SAML 2.0 or WS-FED compliant Service Provider. I’ve been using the WP as SAML IDP plugin by miniOrange, and it’s been a game-changer for integrating SSO into a customer’s site. The plugin works very well and is exactly what we’ve needed for our deployment. We’ve been using this plugin for 5 years now and I have absolute confidence in it. During a recent upgrade, I ran into an issue (my own fault not the plugin’s fault) that needed to be resolved. I communicated with support about my urgent issue and, within an hour, I was on a call troubleshooting the issue with the Product Owner at his locale’s 2am on a weekend. I don’t know of any other organization that is as dedicated as the team at MiniOrange to the success and support of their products. I would 100% recommend this company’s products based on their support alone but the fact is they make fantastic products also. Thank you MiniOrange!

It works perfectly for a Moodle/WordPress SSO integration

If this plugin is correctly set up with another MiniOrange plugin named moodle-saml-single-sign-on-sso-for-miniorange which was also designed by MiniOrange, it works very smoothly as an SSO system that integrates Moodle with Wordpress.
