Unfortunately not compatible with TrustedShops

  • Hi all

    The plugin lives up to its name, only in connection with TrustedShops this can not be used. TrustedShops transmits the email address of the customer in Woocommerce in the source code, the plugin encrypts this then, but this leads to the customer then no notification.

    Maybe this hint is helpful for one or the other user when troubleshooting.

    Hi @cmsgeek – Thank you very much for your message.
    Could you please let me know if Woocommerce adds the email within the Source Code inside of a <script> tag?
    If so, you can simply exclude those script tags from our plugin. To do that, simply head over to our plugin settings page, activate the advanced options and under “Protect…” check the “no script tags” checkbox.
