How to replace in DB?

• First create a report by selecting dry run from bottom of the setting section
• Report will appear in a modal window. You can check there which row / data is going to be replaced.
• On the report’s, if you think the replacement is perfect which you want, then close the report window and un-check the dry run and click the Find & Replace button.
• Attention: Please check the report and make sure which data you are going to replace. It’s very important because once you replace it in the Database you can’t un-done it.
• important: So, before replacing in the database create a dry run report and see if it’s perfect or not. If it’s wrong change the find keyword then try again the same procedure until you see it’s perfect on the report.

Terrible customer service and money back guarantee

I tried the plugin, only because they had money back guarantee. When the plugin did not work, I asked for the money back. They redirected me to the refund policy page and to reply after reading it, then they ghosted for a couple of mails, until I told I will give 1 star review if they do not act upon their money back guarantee. Then they responded this. “As you are not understanding any policies you accepted for during purchase. Now are are blackmailing for feedback. Refund policies are clearly mentioned on our refund page. I think you are a child and not understanding any rules.So, we have decided to refund you. You will get refund 3-5 business days.” Even though you gave money back your customer service is terrible, seem to have personal issues and take them unto their clients. Hence 1 star, I don’t recommend this, in case you need a quality plugin with great customer service.

I needed to change some colors on the website and the font which was individually defined in a lot of modules. Both tasks were so easy to perform with this plugin. No need to write DB query in SQL, just search and replace, job done!
