When you create a new gallery or open an already existent item for edit on the right side of the edit settings section you’ll see the images manager button. When you open the images manager you’ll be able there to edit all media resources settings. Upload, edit or delete. In the images manager, you can use the drag and drop images upload tool.

How to change the quality of the thumbnails?

The quality of the thumbnails could be easily changed in size option/thumbnails options/source

Where it’s possible to define vertical and horizontal paddings?

In settings, you can define horizontal and vertical paddings between thumbnails

No, we don’t have any limits for image size.

How I can create a custom (grid) layout of the thumbnails?

Our plugin implemented a layout based on column amount. So you can general amount of columns in your gallery grid and define a custom amount of columns which every image gonna take. As result, you can customize the layout of the grid

Is it possible to insert the video as a gallery link?

Yes. When you open media manager you’ll see their list of images. Click on some images and on the right side you’ll see image options. Every image has a video link field in the image options, where you can define some custom links to the online video.

How to define the size of the gallery images thumbnails?

Our thumbnail layout is fully responsive and thumbnail size depends on a lot of factors. It calculates thumbnails automatically depending on the general size and layout settings. How to load more function work?

In the admin section, you can define the number of images for the first load after clicking on load more button. Load more it’s such google style pagination functionality that makes you able to limit the number of images for the first load

In general settings, you can find thumbnail column options which could depend on the device screen size. You can define different gallery column amounts for different resolutions.

How to enable swipe mode for a lightbox?

When you open settings in the list of options you can find the lightbox settings block. There are switch-on swipe options if you wish to enable this mode in the gallery lightbox.

Hello, is it possible to pre filter a gallery on a given page? For example is it possible to insert such a shortcode? [robo-gallery id=“id_number” filter=“tag_to_display”] Because I should filter the content of a gallery based on the page being visited and I would like to avoid recreating 18 galleries, it would be wasteful and not very smart management. Don’t Waste Your Time or Money

I paid for Pro and could not get deep linking to work. There was no documentation to explain how and my support request was not answered. I requested a refund and have not heard back. The whole thing is poorly done, and when I switched to Foo Gallery, it was infinitely better, even the free version. I also found deep linking for free with Story Show Gallery, and bulk editing for free with Media Library Helper by Codexin. So shop around!

The plugin is very easy to set up and use, and the galleries always look professional. It’s also lightweight, so it doesn’t slow down my pages, which is crucial for user experience. DO NOT BUY THE “PRO” VERSION OF THE ROBOGALLERY PLUGIN. It does absolutely nothing but attempt to steal your money. It’s a great concept and I liked the free version but wanted more, so I upgraded. You get a KEY when you buy it, and a second plugin to download and load, which I did. First red flag: there’s no place in either of the plugins to put this KEY. There is no upgrade.2nd Red Flag: They claim that the 2nd plugin “magically” changes the initial plugin to “Pro” status. It does not. I spent two whole days looking for this “magic” that doesn’t exist, reading every document they had. Then I decided to request a refund. 3rd & Final Red Flag: When I requested the refund “Alex” wanted access to my website – and I would not agree. I don’t know any of them them and have not had any problems with plugins before. Now I’m convinced that these people are scammers and that I have very good reason to suspect that they’re up to something bad. They refuse to issue a refund. I let them know that if they don’t issue a refund, I’ll write a bad review. If I could give this negative stars, I would. Now to work on disputing the charge with my bank. AVOID THIS LIKE IT’S A PLAGUE – They are SCAMMERS.

Good Plugin Plagued by Bad Customer Support

I’m going to make this short and simple. I like what I saw about this plugin and decided to test out the free version. Was impressed and decided to get the paid version. After paying for the paid version, did not see it in my WP Plugins section of my Upzilla account. Contacted support and didn’t get a response till 5 days after the ticket was made and only been told that the plugin would be in my WP Plugins section of my Upzilla account. I’ve sent a support ticket to both on the robogallery.co website (which I haven’t gotten a single response from) & app.upzilla.co website.It’s been over 10 days total (5 days since Support responded) on the Upzilla website and I have yet to see anything and I’m on the verge of doing a charge back for my money and just going elsewhere for another plugin. If support is this bad, I can’t recommend this plugin to anyone on the sheer principle of how bad & slow customer support is even though the plugin is really good.
