I know instant articles is new but Facebook is so complicated on picking up the url feed and even the RSS to add my articles via this plugin. They want you to add a meta tag or RSS feed them. I have done all i can and maybe this plugin will need a little more time. Below is a debugger warning from Facebook Developer Inferred Property The ‘og:image’ property should be explicitly provided, even if a value can be inferred from other tags. Object Missing a Required Value Object at URL ‘https://www.universityofhermes.com/’ of type ‘website’ is invalid because a required property ‘og:title’ of type ‘string’ was not provided.
