Installation

1. Install Simple Googlebot Visit either via the www.ads-software.com plugin repository or by uploading the files to your server.
2. Activate Simple Googlebot Visit.
3. Navigate to the Simple Googlebot Visit tab (inside setting) and define in which tables you want the Simple Googlebot Visit column to appear.
4. Navigate to the management pages where the column of Simple Googlebot Visit is activated and check the last googlebot visit.

Great plugin but it looks almost like Google is using the mobile bot more and more. For about 6 months now I’ve seen pages that haven’t been visited by the normal bot for weeks. So maybe you should integrate the mobile bot as well.

I compared the reports with actual log files. They do not match up at all, checking for several days. I do not know why.
