   Download the zip file and extract the contents. Upload the ‘Sliding Enquiry Form’ folder to your plugins directory (wp-content/plugins/).

2.Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.

3.Go to Settings -> Sliding Enquiry Form and set Form Name,Email-Id,title,color and icon.

Thank you for this plugin. I give you 5 stars because it really helped me. Just some notes: -to get it works with contact 7 plugin I needed to customize your code. Maybe field for custom shortcode would be nice. – I would like to get this work with qTranslate-X plugin but using their syntax didn’t helped.
