Overall, a good experience.
However, an issue with the image API arose on a client’s site.
the support team told me that the API had changed, but the documentation had not yet been updated.
This is very disappointing, given that I’m now using a paid product (version 3.2.7 at the time of this review).

I pay for the agency level of this plugin. The customer service is incredible. I’ve been really happy with the plugin and the service.

I’ve been using Types for a bit now and have had some time to really test out the plugin across a number of scenarios. This thing is _powerful_ and does a TON of things that you’d ordinarily have to do with WP Query, but without all of the messy PHP.
It helps speed up your workflow so you don’t have to code from scratch every time, and their support is really helpful and friendly if you ever run across a problem. They really do their best to try to help their customers.
Overall, a great experience with the OnTheGo team and all of their plugins, Toolset and WPML.

as template developer, this plugin gave me the ability to create as many custom post types and custom taxonomies, custom fields, with developer’s mind, I feel very comfortable using it more than other plugins.
The only enhancement I want to see, is the ability to create custom post types on custom tables, also some default hooks are disabled for custom post types, if it can be optional disable or enable, it would be very nice.

Great Plugin. I had issues with custom post types as I am not able to write any Code. With this Plugin everything works great.

I have been using Toolset since 2012 and I am continually amazed at how helpful, knowledgable, patient and downright invaluable their tech support staff is. I’m a creative person by training and sometimes coding gets lost on my brain. I am so thankful that I can implement my ideas with WordPress knowing that I have the Toolset Tech Support Team backing me up when I get in over my head trying to push the limits of their software and WordPress.
