In the WordPress dashboard

1. Visit ‘Plugins > Add New’
2. Search ‘URL Field Remover From Comment Box’
3. Check the plugin is from ‘Bimal Raj Paudel’
4. Install and Activate the plugin.
5. After activation you don’t have to do anything.

Manually

1. Download the file from HERE.
2. Unzip the file.
3. Upload the folder URL Field Remover From Comment Box into ‘wp-content/plugins/’ folder.
4. Activate.
