I belive this plugin to be abandoned. It’s website is now a parking/domain page. It did exactly what it claimed to do when I first installed it, but it is now abandoned & does not have the website to help you use the plugin. Also, I have found malware in the plugin. I have uninstalled it, not using it again, would like an explanation of where the website went & why its abandoned?

I installed this as a setup for a known fraud artist on my site. This was absolutely perfect for what I needed. Software installed just fine. Appears to have recorded transaction. On my dashboard it just shows that it is continually recording. When I ask it to process video it stays stuck on processing for hours on end. I have sent 3 messages to the company, no response. I dialed the US support # and it is disconnected. I can not connect to the UK # either. This is horribly frustrating because they have actual evidence of a criminal defrauding me and I can not access it. If they do respond, and this plug in does as advertised, I will most likely change my review to 5 stars. I would go out of my way to advertise this to people.But it does nothing as advertised at the moment and they do not offer any support. Very disappointing for such a promising plugin.
