Sending WooCommerce notifications via SMS

One of the functionalities of Mensagia’s plugin for WooCommerce is sending automatic notifications via SMS when a specific event occurs in your store.

There are two types of notifications:
* Customer notifications: SMS notifications to store users.
* Administrators notifications: Send notifications via SMS to the people who manage the store.

Customer notifications

Order Status
These notifications will be sent when the status of an order is changed from the store management::
* Pending payment
* Processing
* On hold
* Completed
* Cancelled
* Refunded
* Failed

Orders related notifications:
* New order
* Payment completed

Administrators notifications

Campeigns from Mensagia

Another feature of Mensagia’s plugin for WooCommerce is to be able to export your ecommerce users to Mensagia to create campaigns via SMS (for example, users who have made purchases in your store or abandoned a cart). You can perform the export by the roles of created users, such as ‘Clients’ or ‘Store Managers’, among others.

Thanks to the export of your users from WooCommerce to Mensagia you will be able to create incredible campaigns:

• Send promotions or communications to users who have not made purchases in your store within a certain time interval.
• Send promotions / communications to the users of your store who have spent more money on it in a certain time.
• Create promotions and reward users with more orders in a given time interval.
• And much more!

You can also automate the sending of these campaigns and send SMS depending on conditioners such as the total spent this month or the total number of orders, use Smart Messaging campaigns to be performed automatically according to the criteria you choose.

Installation

Automatic installation

Automatic installation is the easiest option as WordPress handles the file transfers itself and you don’t need to leave your web browser. To do an automatic install of Mensagia for WooCommerce, log in to your WordPress dashboard, navigate to the Plugins menu and click Add New.

In the search field type “Mensagia for WooCommerce” and click Search Plugins. Once you’ve found our plugin you can view details about it such as the point release, rating and description. Most importantly of course, you can install it by simply clicking “Install Now”.

Manual installation

The manual installation method involves downloading our plugin and uploading it to your webserver via your favourite FTP application. The WordPress codex contains instructions on how to do this here.
