Fix for WooCommerce structured data bug (Elite version)

Because of a bug in WooCommerce variable products will get disapproved in Google’s Merchant Center. WooCommerce adds the price of the cheapest variable product in the structured data for all variations of a product. Because of this there will be a mismatch between the product price you provide to Google in your Google Shopping product feed and the structured data price on the product landingpage. Google will therefor disapprove the product in its merchant center. You won’t be able to advertise on that product in your Google Shopping campaign. Our plugin has a feature that will fix the structured data on variable product pages by adding the correct variable product price in the JSON-LD structured data so Google will approve the variable products you submitted.

It works well, when it does. And every third update it breaks. The support is almost non existent and when they do reply they copy – paste a script telling you “there is conflict”. No, there is no conflict, cron breaks the moment i click update. The UI is unresponsive, forcing you to spam refresh, that works sometimes, when it doesn’t you have to click the plugin from the side panel… Now on the plus side, it offers templates for major platforms not only for Google and Facebook but for local ones too. The filters allow for good customization of your feed, but, again, they mostly don’t work.

An example question: I want to put a video in the product description, but I don’t want the video embed codes to appear in the feed, is the unfiltered product description function for this? example adding an iframe or shotcode, but it doesn’t appear in my feed which is sent to the merchancenter
