This plugin helps you sell more by letting you add a Bulk/Quick Order Form for WooCommerce to your website in seconds!

All you have to do is add the [wcbulkorder] shortcode to a page and you already have a quick order form!

The shortcode is extremely customizable and includes the following awesome features:

Let user search by product id, title, or sku
Turn price fields on/off
Set default number of rows
Set title for product input field column
Set title for quantity input field column
Set title for price input field column
Price totals are calculated in real time
Disable jquery ui css or add your own
Include specific products or variations by id
Exclude specific products or variations by id
Include only specific categories
Display product images in autocomplete search
Limit user to be able to search only by product id, title, sku, or allow them to search all.
4 additional search label output formats
Add New Row button so the customer can add additional fields as needed
Create as many forms as you want and customize them with shortcode attributes

Installation

Minimum Requirements

WordPress 3.8 or greater
PHP version 7.2 or greater
MySQL version 5.0 or greater

Automatic installation

Automatic installation is the easiest option as WordPress handles the file transfers itself and you don’t need to leave your web browser. To do an automatic install of Bulk Order Form for WooCommerce, log in to your WordPress dashboard, navigate to the Plugins menu and click Add New.

In the search field type “Bulk Order Form for WooCommerce” and click Search Plugins. Once you’ve found our plugin you can view details about it such as the the point release, rating and description. Most importantly of course, you can install it by simply clicking “Install Now”

Manual installation

The manual installation method involves downloading our plugin and uploading it to your Web Server via your favourite FTP application. The WordPress codex contains instructions on how to do this here.

Installing alternatives:

via Admin Dashboard:

Go to ‘Plugins > Add New’, search for “Bulk Order Form for WooCommerce”, click “install”

OR via direct ZIP upload:

Upload the ZIP package via ‘Plugins > Add New > Upload’ in your WP Admin

OR via FTP upload:

Upload woocommerce-bulk-order-form.zip folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory

Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress

Using the shortcode

Create a new page in WordPress via Pages > Add New. Add the shortcode [wcbulkorder] and any instructions you might want to add to the page.

This plugin overrides your themes add to cart functionality, so that instead of the flyout cart, it displays a ‘added to cart’ notice. If there was a way around that I would give it 5 stars.

Can you add a default QTY of 1 next time you update the plugin? just adding the value=”1″ attribute will make it easier for users to use the plugin, currently this field is empty by default

Why not just say at the very top of the details – Dont bother installing this plugin if you expect it to work at all because it wont without paid add ons.

From a developers point of view, you can’t ask more than this plugin can offer functionality-wise and ease-of extendability. Ewout is also offering perfect support providing easy to use code snippets when stuck with problem and also pointing in the right direction. If you need bulk order plugin and not sure, take Ewouts and take something else from WP Overnight if you can and you won’t be sorry.

We use this plugin on two different sites, and it makes order entry for us and our customers very fast. It’s so much easier/faster to add a bunch of part numbers on this form and have them all added to the cart versus searching for each one individually and adding individually. Great plugin.
