Purchased the full version and have ran into more problems than I could think of. I was unable to upload files from client page. I had to switch themes, nonetheless I was using the child theme of the Twenty Twelve I switched to. You would think the child theme would work if the parent theme worked. I was unable to see the “view” only text when I wanted to create pages. Tried to watch videos to get direction, but they were brief and not helful at all! I submitted tickets and only received confirmation they were received but no help from there. If you are not an experienced programmer, this plugin is challenging!!! I wanted simple portal for my clients, however I feel like I’m better off designing a free one myself. check out: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/how-to-a-simple-client-portal. It seems much easier than trying to operate this plugin. Save yourself some time….I promise!!! I’ve been designing sites for years, and this is by far the worst plugin I’ve dealt with.

Not sure if this is the right place for this, as I am running WP-Client Pro, not Lite, but I just wanted to say how much I love the plugin! Everyone should try this plugin. If you purchase it and have issues, contact the support team, they’re awesome. If you still don’t like it, get a refund! It couldn’t be simpler!

Downloaded this plugin on a whim, and I was happy with it, but I wanted more features. I upgraded to the “pro” version, and couldn’t be more satisfied! Plugin is great, support is great, everything’s great! Can’t wait to see what else these developer’s come out with!

have purchased the WP-Client (the paid addition)and its just one problem after another. I look like an ass to my clients. Just using plain old reliable email works the best to send my clients proofs. How do I get a refund?

Unfortunately, I purchased this plugin although I had reservations. I sent a pre sale question and never got a response. That was not a good sign, but since the plugin has a money back guarantee, I decided to give a try anyway.
After working to get the plugin set up the last several hours, I’m really disappointed. I’ve set up my Paypal API and yet no option to pay when viewing invoice in portal.
And, more than that, the invoice looks terrible when viewed online. Very small black text that isn’t even readable. I’ve read the available documentation and have found nothing that addresses my issues or offers any help at all.
Disappointed and hope my refund request is honored.
I sent an email about 8 hours ago requesting a refund. Hopefully, the money back guarantee will be honored.
