plugin no works but cache exists

    I installed and set the plugin that overwrote the htaccess and created the folder cache-> all but the home is not actually cached. Just check from the PageSpeed Insights both the different point in home (very low) and the static page https://www.webseosem.it/wp-content/cache/all/ (very high)
