Front Page Layout

Dears,

I want to know how to :

1- Assign two-column layout in Front Page Section 1 Content
, and assign one-column layout in Front Page Section 2 Content. I don’t want all the 4 Sections with one layout option only ( one or two column layout ).
Is there a way to make the option of layout to each section ?

2- How to make the Front Page section 3 with full-width ? When I add a slider of photos, it appear in narrow width though I made it very wide in slider’s option. How to make one of the Front Page Sections at full-width ?
