More Support Tags Please

I decided to test out this plugin and it works quite well. It’s just a shame that more support tags are not included; I hope you plan to add more ??

Some ideas for support tags:

• Site / Blog name for email subject.

Also it would be nice to provide the option of a pop-up dialog box after choosing an action on the order page to allow specific details to be entered into the email before it gets sent. For example a delivery date.

Overall I like this plugin. Good work!
