Man, this covers it all

I cannot tell you how many ad management plugins I went through before I discovered this one. A lot of them and a lot of frustration. Being able to easily manage and control ads are critical to me. And although I am not a huge fan of endless banner ads, let alone sidebar ads, I have found some very creative uses that fit my own style with this one. So much so I have to go the premium route on this plugin.
