CDN: Multiple URLs for static resources

    PageSpeed puts a lower note if we don’t parallelize downloads across hostnames.

    Plugins like W3 Super Cache allows to write multiple hostname for the same resource, that way images are served from from random domains from a list (instead of using the last one like LSCache does). Will this option be enabled in the future?
