Cancelled hosting how do I access the WP dashboard?

  • Hello, we cancelled our hosting on a www.ads-software.com site and want to transfer our blog back to WordPress.com does anyone know how to access our WordPress dashboard so we can export the content please? Or is there a data backup saved somewhere with all our content? Thanks!

    You should have exported first! If you can still access the old hosting, FTP all the files down to your PC and export the database via PHPMYADMIN from the hosting control panel.

    If you have no access to the hosting and did not make a backup on your own (and store it someplace other than the hosting site), you’re SOL.

    So, contact your old host and see if they haven’t deleted everything yet.

    Thanks for your reply. They deleted after 21 days so we have lost it all ?? gutted!

    You may be able to find some content, if you’re lucky, on the wayback machine at archive.org.
