Individual file downloading root folder

    We’ve been using Blighty Explorer successfully for some time. Recently, it seems that when we click on a file to download from the explorer, it instead gives us a .zip of the entire root folder.

    Is there a setting/configuration at either end that we can adjust to fix this?
