    Hi,

Just re-activated SEO Booster to try it out again.

One of the main reasons I de-activated it, was the unbelievable amount of 404 errors it kept throwing up – as far as I’m concerned if these errors are not to PAGES that need a redirect link adding (as in Google Search Console) then I don’t really want to know who’s trying to pull up an old image, an old code, or an old upload – as these will all be sorted out by Google Search Console.

Which leads to the following – in the documentation to this plugin, it states that the 404 error monitoring needs to be turned on or off in the settings panel – https://cleverplugins.helpscoutdocs.com/article/12-404-errors.

As there is no check-box or 404 monitoring mentioned in the plugin settings, I’m presuming that the option to remove 404s has now been discontinued.

Would it not be an idea to bring this option back?

This would (hopefully) stop all these links with anchor text appearing in the Keywords widget that lead to 404 ‘errors’ that have long been removed.

    Hi Steven

    How are you?

Sorry about that, I actually had that feature before, but cleaned it up a while ago (although not the documentation as you point out).

This is coming back in the next release, 3.13 – Coming out later today or this weekend ??

Version 3.3.13 was just released with the aforementioned option to turn off 404 error monitoring. Have a nice weekend.
