I recently got our Twitter shares to start showing up, but it appears that total shares is not including LinkedIn. Is there a known issue?

Yes. Linkedin recently withdrew the support for shares. See details at following link:
https://developer.linkedin.com/blog/posts/2018/deprecating-the-inshare-counter
We will do something about it as soon as someone comes with a solution.
