I just wanted to add the tracking code. This is a real monster that forces me to log in to GA and pretty much give it ALL access to ALL sites I manage.
    Unacceptable.

    Hi there,
It’s disappointing you gave us a review if the plugin didn’t meet your specific needs, though I’ll point out if you have reached out to us, we would have noted you can use MonsterInsights to add the UA code without needing to authorize at all, you can just use the manual UA code field directly under the authorize button.

Thank you for the quick reply. I looked for a place to enter the tracking code, but could not find it.
I’m using something else now, that works well.

Mind suggesting what you’re using. Looking for a replacement for GA with dashboard and reports in WordPress itself.

Of course, I use this one, which is basic, and exactly what I need: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wk-google-analytics/

You just input your tracking code, your Google Tag Manager code if you use it, and you’re done!
