Using different languages on single language website

Hello,
I have the need to create various contact forms, one per language, in a website that is available only in a single language (no WPML, Polylang or similar multilanguage plugins).

I read on CF7 webiste ( https://contactform7.com/contact-form-in-your-language/ ) that you have to change you user language and than create the form, but when you have to create many forms this procedure + having the backend not in your native language it’s really uncomfortable.

Does it exists the option to select the form language when you create a new one?
