Modify the list of hours

    Actually, the store hours are set to display every 15 minutes (8h00, 8h15, 8h30, …).

    I would need it to display every 5 minutes. Is it possible ?

    This is not possible without changing the core code, at least not with the dropdowns.

    What you could do, is to create a custom meta field and use that for the hours instead.
