1. if your plugin is compatible with https://www.yunpian.com (a China-based SMS gateway);
You will need to upgrade to the Your Gateway Plan for this. All you need is the API Key from Yunpian dashboard and save it in the plugin settings. Everything else will be handled by our plugin automatically.
2. if I can send the SMS in different languages based on the country code: for eg, for china mobile numbers, the SMS OTP is sent in Mandarin and for the rest of the world, it’s sent in English
Currently, this feature is not available in the plugin itself but you can use a multilingual plugin like PolyLang for this feature.
3. for email verification, how is it done
Email Verification is done the same way SMS Verification is done by sending an OTP to the user’s Email Address. If you opt for miniOrange gateway plan then Emails will be sent using our Gateway Provider but if you opt for Your Gateway Plan then the Emails would be sent using your configured Gateway.
4. whether there is a 100% refund option for the plugin if it is not suitable for my needs
At miniOrange, we want to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase. If the premium plugin you purchased is not working as advertised and you’ve attempted to resolve any issues with our support team, which couldn’t get resolved. We will refund the whole amount within 10 days of the purchase.
5. the average response time for your support team
For quick response to any query we recommend all our users to drop an email at [email protected]. On doing so for free users, the response time is 24 hours and for our premium users, it’s maximum 12 hours. We do have different tiers of support for our premium users.
6. is there a live chat function to liaise with your support team
For any queries regarding the service, you can drop an email to [email protected]. Someone from the team would be in touch with you within 12 hours. Currently, we do not have a live chat function.
7. your working hours (so that I know when will be a better time for me to contact your support team)
