    I have deactivated and removed the xeroom plugin but still orders being synced by another plugin are now still showing the “Attention: Created using demo version of Xeroom” in the customer info fields ?

    Can you check that the plugin files have been fully deleted under the xeroom dir under plugins? Did you install the new plugin before removing xeroom?

    yep deactivated xeroom, uninstalled plugin. No xeroom folder in plugins. Its v strange

    i installed the new plugin after deactivating / removing yours.
    The only shared link is the new plugin uses api functionality within xero like yours did. I removed the api and created a new one for this plugin however

    any ideas as how I can remove it as its obviously linked to the order and your plugin somehow ?

    What plugin are you using – I would like to test it and see if I can repeat what is happening on your site? Since Xeroom doesn’t make and cannot make any changes to Xero it is a mystery. I presume you have cleared your caches?

    https://woocommerce.com/products/xero/ is the plugin, yep cleared out

    The only way Xero can be communicated with is via the API keys so it must be coming from your new app somehow if you have deleted the old app in Xero.

    Alternatively send me a copy of the new plugin and I will take a look through the code to see if I can spot what it is doing.

    Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

    If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

    Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
