I have contact with theme develope and bbpress supprt, they said:
This issue related to Ultimate member plugin. Admin bar is disabled for “Members” https://prntscr.com/ikr5vi but they didn’t remove admin-bar class from body tag. Please contact the plugin developers and ask to check this issue.
