Emails Not Sending for Scheduled Posts

Kindly make sure the cron has been scheduled correctly.
Do refer this article for the same.
Also, may I know if what is the error report you receive from the scheduled cron job? if any.

That might be the problem. I don’t have cron set up. I was just using the standard WP Email settings and didn’t realize it wouldn’t pick up scheduled posts. I will look at the article you shared. Thanks and I will let you know.

Just to clarify, I originally had the plugin set to send out emails immediately whenever a new post was added to the site. Does the plugin require that I use chron instead of emailing out notifications immediately, if I schedule posts ahead of time?

Apologies for the misunderstanding.
It isn’t required that you use cron if you have to send notifications for the scheduled posts. May I know if the post gets delivered if they are published immediately?
If yes, it seems to be an unusual issue and needs an investigation on your end. Kindly mail us the issue then at hello at icegram dot com.

Yes, if I publish the post immediately, then it will send out an email immediately. If I schedule a post to publish later, the post will publish but no email will be sent out. Thank you.

I tried this at my end and the notifications went out successfully.
This needs to be investigated deeply on your end.

I have the same problem on my wordpress:
publish immediately: Mail sent.
publish on draft: no Mail sent.
CRON is not an option ??

What am i supposed to “investigate deeply”?
