Show only Subcategories from a parent category

    Hi Daniel,

    Thank you very much for this awesome plugin. I want a shortcode that can be use to show only subcategories from a parent category. For example : if I have a parent category by name Parent Category (parent-category) which contains 4 subcategories ABC, BCD, CDE, DEF. How is it possible to show only 4 subcategories on a page.

    I have the same problem. I can get all of categories or all of the posts on one page. And all post titles on one page by this codes:
    [a-z-listing taxonomy=”category” display=”terms”]
    [a-z-listing post-type=”post”]
    Any other short codes is not working.
    Have u solve this problem?

    You cannot show only partial taxonomy term listings, which is implied by including only terms that are children of another term. Often you will find that the children terms can be split-out into an extra taxonomy which will allow you to display those terms directly without issues trying to extract them from a larger list by parent-term.
