problem with slider shortcodes

Thank you Ryan for taking the time to help, when i insert my revolution slider or Layer slider shortcode it automatically convert it from
[rev_slider alias=”home-page-revolution-2″]
TO
[rev_slider alias=\”home-page-revolution-2\”]

and this makes the slider not working and gives me error message, please can i know a solution to this problem? when i add the shortcode to regular post or page it works but it doesn’t work on plugin page.
