Mass delete all guest authors

    Hello I imported a bunch of authors with wp-cli and co-authors-plus create-guest-authors-from-csv. I need to delete all guest authors (they are not linked to wp users).

    The web interface doesn’t provide such a functionality and I’m not sure how to proceed with a sql query (there is a lot of moving parts that I can see in wp_posts, wp_terms, wp_term_relationship, etc).
    Oh and a bonus question, what user_login stand for when you import guest authors, do you need to sanitize this value and get rid of special characters?
