Add Invoice and Pay Slip Button With Vendor

With wc-vendor plugin and send email with invoice and packing slip

We currently do not offer integration with WC Vendors, only Dokan is supported at the moment (you can use Dokan Invoice to connect the two plugins). To integrate WC Vendors you would need a bit of custom code, some pointers can be found in this github thread: https://github.com/wcvendors/wcvendors/issues/196#issuecomment-138639644
