Facebook login doesn’t login

    Exactly the same problem here than the last one in this topic https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/failure-try-to-login-with-fb/

    System informations:
    Firefox 58.0.2 (64 bits)
    Wordpress 4.9.4
    Theme: Astrid 1.15
    Plug-in version: 7.11.3
    Website: https://enfants-yggdrasill.org/wp-login.php

    Description:
    Since the update to new authentication system, when I click on the Facebook login button, it opens a new window which seems at first to follow the usual steps to login but finally just redirect me to my website’s homepage, without log me in (the new window also stays open).

    Thanks anyway for this plug-in, beside this small problem it makes an outstanding job ??

    Hi,

    We are unable to reproduce this at our end. You would like to check the error logs of your website for any clue about the problem.

    @runigerardsen after last update you have to go to the plugin’s settings and in the “Social login” section you need to enter “Facebook App Secret” which you may find on facebook developers page.

    I had already saved the secret key, but have checked it again to be sure, but it still not work.
    Also, to rule out any compatibility or setting problem I’ve took the time to create a brand new test website with default theme and without any other plug-in and also a new Facebook app, but even in this case the problem is still there.

    I contact the support, I’m myself out of ideas to solve this x)
